Ok guys.. so i'm here to make a tutorial for you Guys!
Now. When you animate you dont want to look at your stick resizing.
( Resizing - change the size of; )
So to prevent resizing you can use the grid or have a "made-stick-resize-preventer" :suspect:
Heres an example :
Sorry if my sticks are bad. i usually use brush but since I don't have my tablet right now. Im using line tool.
So the green lines are the guide of the stick to prevent resizing if my style is one for the neck and one for the hips.
Heres a example of an animation that prevents resizing

Now lets go to another topic which is the most important part of animating.
EASINGEasing is making your animation look smooth. Rules of easing is from "slow to fast to slow to"
Example of Eased Animation :
So this was the framing from fast to slow :
The Antonym of Easing is CHOPPY.
( Choppy - The unrealistic movement; a thing that looks hard when moving )
Example of Choppy animation :
So here are some of my animations that is Easing and Not Resizing is Applied.
